Donation Options

There are currently 6 ways in which you can donate to Westside Presbyterian Church:

  1. Interac E-Transfer

  2. Monthly Pre-Authorized Remittance

  3. Drop Box

  4. Regular Mail

  5. Regular Offering Envelope

  6. Pick-Up

1. Interac E-Transfer

  • E-transfers can be sent to this email address

  • A security question and answer is required at this time. If you are unsure whether we will be able to answer your security question, please send the answer to Jennifer Bowman ( ) and Bert Perriman ( ). If we have trouble accepting the transfer, we will contact you.

  • If you have never given to the church before, please provide your full mailing address in the notes of the E-transfer in order to receive a donation tax receipt at the end of the year. (Receipts are issued in February of the following year for all donations received in the previous calendar year).

  • Please note what the donation is for: Current (operations), Missions, PWS&D, Westside Grows, or Other. Any donation without a note will automatically go to the Operating account.

2. Monthly Pre-Authorized Remittance

  • Each month around the 20th an amount can automatically be withdrawn from your account.

  • To set this up, please complete the form below and return it to along with a copy of a VOID cheque for processing. 

3. Drop Box

  • A secure drop box has been set up at the North Entrance of 130 Victoria Avenue while the church is closed.  The box will be emptied on a daily basis.

  • Please place your donation in a sealed envelope and include your name, regular envelope number and/or full address (to receive a donation tax receipt).


4. Regular Mail

  • A donation can be mailed to the church address (130 Victoria Avenue, N1S 1Y2).  Cheques are preferred with this method

  • Include your name, regular envelope number and/or full address (in order to receive a donation tax receipt).


5. Regular Offering Envelope.  

  • And, as usual, envelopes can be placed in the offering plate during regular worship – when we begin worshipping together.


6.  Pickup. 

  • Several people have volunteered to pick up offering envelopes.  Call the church office (519) 621-3630 and leave a message; or, email to arrange a pick up.  Naturally, all protocols for social-distancing will be observed when using this method.
